In November 2022, I stopped working with Matt. Matt and I met at a tough moment in his life. He lost his dad during the COVID lockdown and gained a ton of weight. It's how he dealt with loss and isolation. Given his background—former wrestler—and his love for sports, we hit it off during the discovery call. But he was a little skeptical at first. "I was a bit skeptical when I came across Bart's profile because I felt like I had tried everything to lose weight. Keto, Intermittent Fasting, working out 2x/day. I had seen short-term results without sustainability. As soon as I lost the weight, something would come up and I'd stack right back." And since he failed before and it's a high-ticket program, I totally get the skepticism. I couldn't be more proud of the guy. Not sure what else I can add here, so I'll let Matt finish: "When I say you've changed my life, I don't mean in the short term. I mean, I've lost a bunch of weight before in 2020... But, I mean I've noticed a total mindset shift with my whole relationship with food and that's how I feel confident moving forward.
