Remember Fight Club? Back in the 90s, Brad Pitt in that movie was THE physique. Then, things started changing. Fast-forward to the 2010s, The Rock and Chris Hemsworth as Thor took over. Yoked became the goal. Now you open Instagram and even the teenagers are roided up. Jacked men in their 40s and 50s? TRT'd so hard their faces look like they're about to explode. But the standards are changing back. People are getting more educated. Tom Hiddleston in The Night Manager is bringing back the iconic look, and most prospects on calls say they want a "lean, athletic" look. Which brings me to you...You're getting on and off plans built for guys with elite genetics and pharmacology behind them. So you go hard for a few weeks, maybe even quit sugar for 30 days. You drop 15 lbs and bam! Tough month at work and it all goes to shit. "Guess I'll wait until things slow down." And even if you manage to pull it off, the compliments you get are "Wow, you've lost a lot of weight," not "Fuck, you look good, man." You look like a man who loses weight out of desperation, not a man who's got his health and fitness figured out. The worst thing about it? Every restart gets harder as you age. So what now?Now is the time to get clear. What do you want to be capable of? Drop the unachievable standards, understand your reality, and build something you execute for the rest of your life - no matter how hard your weeks get. Not another restart, not another no-sugar challenge, not another training program from ChatGPT. An operating system that helps you enter every room free from the anxiety and noise that keeps you stuck. Like this guy: Who tried every challenge you can imagine (with accountability groups) and now trains 3 days per week and doesn't worry about another restart. Or this guy: Who was on-and-off Paleo and CrossFit for years, and now enjoys family weekends without killing his progress. Or this guy: Who white-knuckled every low-carb diet, just to end up face down in cake, and now enjoys dessert every night. These guys didn't finally nail their macros or get the perfect training program. They unpacked mental garbage, unlearned years of conditioning, and finally built a great relationship with food and training. And they look fucking sharp in every suit they put on. P.S. This won't take 8 or 12 weeks. It might take a year or two when done right. Or it might take 6 months when you do it with me. Years of client work, my own findings and mistakes, condensed into a system that makes it the last restart for you. It all starts with the Restart Audit. 45 minutes with me, let's unpack what kept you stuck and why. >> |
